These terms apply to your use of FoodPick ("we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What FoodPick is

FoodPick is an independent directory that helps you find restaurants and go to their websites to order. We don't prepare food, take orders, process payments or deliver. FoodPick isn't owned or operated by any of the restaurants listed.

Orders and restaurant websites

When you click "Order now", you leave FoodPick and go to a restaurant's website or a partner link. Your order, its price, payment, delivery, refunds and any problems with food or service are between you and that restaurant, under its own terms. Questions about an order should go to the restaurant directly.

Affiliate relationships

Some links on FoodPick are affiliate or partner links. If you visit a restaurant through one of them, we may receive a commission. This doesn't change the price you pay, and restaurants don't pay to appear in a particular order unless stated otherwise.

Deals and information

We try to keep restaurant information and deals accurate and current, but restaurants change their menus, prices, promotions and hours often. Deals shown on FoodPick may vary by location, may have ended, or may require a code or account on the restaurant's website. Always check the details on the restaurant's website before you order.

Trademarks

Restaurant names, logos and other trademarks shown on FoodPick belong to their respective owners and are used under partner agreements to identify the restaurants. Their use doesn't mean the restaurants endorse FoodPick.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse FoodPick, including by interfering with how it works, trying to access it in ways other than through its normal interface, or using automated tools to copy its content.

No warranties

FoodPick is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we don't make any warranties about the site, its content or the websites it links to, including warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, FoodPick won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for anything related to orders you place with restaurants or other third-party websites.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
